Is it possible to have my drop in sink replaced with an undermount sink if I have granite countertops already?

I do not like the appearance of the drop in sink with the granite countertops but is it too late to replace the sink with an undermounted one? Will I have to get all new countertops, which would be quite expensive?

once you decide on the drop in, its hard to convert it to an undermount, because of the cut and polishing needed around the hole. You may be able to find someone, or a rep can come in and estimate someone to come in to polish it down for a drop in.

It is possible but you may have to be crafty to get a craftsman who is willing to do it. As well I would expect that you would have to budget about 1000$ just to have the new hole done. Does not include the sink, plumbing etc, but it can be done. but there are a few questions I need you to answer me and tasks you must do
example
- the size of your existing sink - will a sink will fit
- finding a craftsman
-.what finish to expect
- what mess to expect and how to prevent it
But if for example your existing hole is too big you may not be able to even fit anything else. If you feel it is worth the expense than I invite you to email me and I will walk you through the steps to seeing if. no charge

This is definitely a job for an experienced pro, which can be found at your local slabyard.
