The chance of your top fitting another kitchen are remote. Not likely that a fabricator will want it, unless you want to haul it to them to put in their boneyard. If it comes out in one peice.

Why are you replacing the grantite?

Yes, there are. Look up salvage in your yellow pages and tell them what you have. Ask for a price before you commit to selling them because you will find a wide range. Artists, furniture makers, designers, all have use for salvage stones. You can even call fabricators in your area to see if they could use it or know someone looking for the type you have.

Try listing them in the Miscellaneous section of the want ads. You'll probably get some calls. If you were local, I know I'd be the first one on the phone.

Try posting it on CraigsList.org. Someone will probably buy it, if not, you could post it for free just to get rid of it.
